The property is 4 acres in size. There are 2 bedrooms and a living room on all 3 floors. The residence is pet friendly. If there is severe dog allergy, this property is not suitable. The home is professionally cleaned before and after every guest. The privacy of the acreage is conducive to social gatherings and alcohol is happily accepted. Partying to the point of aggravating neighbors or damaging property is not tolerated. Ashtrays are provided outside, the home is strictly non smoking.
